The prototype of our new HiP30 sportsboat design continues to be much admired wherever she goes.  And she is proving to be fast too!  Helmed by local sailmaker Didier Fabre she not only won her class in the Regate en Solitaire at St. Maxime in early June 2005, but she also won the whole event from a competitive fleet of 28 boats.  And there was also a win for this yacht in the mixed crew event later in June.

The HiP30 is built in Cowes, the home of British yachting.  She now has the option of a two-stage lifting keel.  The first stage enables the boat to reduce its draught significantly when coming into port, the second stage is used when the boat is being loaded onto its trailer.  Unlike many sportsboats the HiP30 is available with either an inboard diesel or a petrol outboard engine.
